Packaging & Discretion

Domestic Shipping
We ship within the United States using established carrier networks. Shipping options may include standard and expedited services depending on availability and destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout; however, actual transit times are determined by the carrier and may be affected by weather conditions, regional delays, or peak shipping periods.
Tracking information is provided once the order has been transferred to the carrier system.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or arrives visibly damaged, customers should contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will initiate a carrier investigation where applicable. Resolution timelines are subject to carrier review policies.
International Shipping
